İnşirah is a spiritual wellness app with AI-supported chat, voice input, local reminders, and optional in-app support (“Gönülden Destek”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app and how it is used.

2. Data We Collect

We do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number through the app.

The app and our third-party partners may collect:

• User content — chat messages you type or speak (converted to text), and mood selections (e.g. peaceful, hopeful, anxious)
• Audio data — microphone input when you use voice chat (processed on-device for speech-to-text)
• Device and app identifiers — e.g. app instance ID, device model, OS version (via analytics)
• App usage events — e.g. app opened, screen views, message sent, voice input, donations, notifications opened
• Purchase data — in-app support/donation transactions (payment details are handled by Apple/Google; we do not receive card numbers)
• Diagnostic data — limited error/event logs for app stability

We do not collect GPS location, camera, contacts, or health records.
